New Version Broke Paldean TMs

A Pokeloot I expected to contain the TM for Rain Dance instead contained the TM for Sunny Day. This is potentially game-breaking. If you can't get a castform (and right now the only other way to get one is lucking out with a Love ball) you can't control the weather. If you can't control the weather, you can't bring the rain. If you can't bring the rain, you can't get started with farming.
It will 'softlock' you until you manage to get the ingredients for more love balls.
The fix will be available in 1.1.2. For now, just hack yourself in a rain dance TM
None of the other TMs on the islands were effected, however, the reward tables have been effected. These need to be fixed, fast.
There was a casualty in the Recoil Move reward table. A Paldean TM no longer exists. I'm unclear what the move was, but I suspect it was Steel Beam and was able to replace it.
Charging TMs have been fixed, and Frenzy Plant was added (it for some reason had been left out of the original design)
Baby Tms were fixed. As many were turned to Galarian Tms as possible in case this happens in the future.
Terrains stayed correct. TRs stayed correct. The Dust Settles rewards are correct.
Invulnerability turn TMs had to be fixed.
Oh no. Random TMs in random quests have been switched. This is going to take awhile.
