Fulfilling the PC quest doesn't actually trigger the PC to open.

PC quest has now been split into two quests. The first handles closing the FTBQuests window with /closeguiwindow (/execute as @p run closeguiwindow) and then a second quest goes off a second later to open the PC window (and make the PC quest available again).
