Shaders exist for the pack that provide dynamic lights, but some may want to only use dynamic lights instead of the entire shader pack.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Dynamic Lights mod, like Sodium/Embeddium Dynamic Lights Reforged [1.20.1], disabled by default so that people that use shaders won't have any issues with it.

Additional context
It integrates into the Sodium UI so people that are familiar with the mod are able to locate the settings very easily.
