I dont really understand what this is on about, how not having storage drawers balances out infinite resource generation or what that paragraph implies

It's a little tongue in cheek, but storage drawers simplify a lot of storage logistics especially in the face of infinite resource generation. They're incredibly powerful, ubiquitous, and almost always cheap, and I wanted things to play a little differently early.
