funny that the first two issues are both step height related

neapolitan's agility effect lets you climb on any block as if it has invisible ladders on it, like spiders do
but it gets a bit annoying when you occasionally start climbing the sides of single blocks by accident
somebody a while back suggested to have agility let you step up 1 block to circumvent this issue and i like that idea
the level of the effect shouldnt change the amount of step height since it's a single level effect, it should let you just step up 1 block only
