Describe the bug

Died to a witch spider wearing full mythril armor with a mythril sword. I respawned without my armor or baubles, which are usually kept upon death. Went back to get my items, and the armor and baubles were not with them.

To Reproduce

Die to a witch spider while wearing full mythril and a mythril sword for the set bonus

Expected behavior

You will respawn with no armor and no baubles

Additional context

I think another witch spider was riding the witch spider that killed me. There were also 2 death messages in chat.

What were the death messages?
