[BUG] quiver emptying on getting an item from the creative inventory

Describe the bug
having a quiver in ur hotbar (havent tested with it in bauble) going into creative menu and getting an item from the menu, the arrows from the quiver disappear
To Reproduce
get a quiver and fill it with arrows, the quantity doesnt matter, put it in ur hotbar. do /gamemode 1 and get any item from the creative menu (pressing e and searching for a block and taking one or just selecting it from the choice of items u can get)
Expected behavior
the quivers are supposed to keep the arrows
