Fir slabs disabling chests opening

Describe the bug
The chest cannot open, however when using other slabs it can
it also cannot open with stairs in the upward 'flat' postion, however downward stairs allow opening like normal
To Reproduce
Use a chest and attempt to open it with a slab in the position above, it will not be open.
Expected behavior
Chests should be able to be opened when the blocks above are not solid, like glass or in this case slabs or stairs
