[BUG] Malisis Large Iron and Rusted-Iron Double Doors are indestructible to Zombies

Describe the bug
I suspected this bug after in my single-player world, not once did my 3x3 iron doors get destroyed in an invasion. They are blast-proof, and zombies with pickaxes just don't mine them. They will happily mine masonry bricks around the doors, and will try to build over them if you're above them, but they just don't know how to break the doors down.
I check this with the large wooden doors, and also with the small doors also provided by malisis. Both of those worked as intended. Zombies with axes were able to chop down the 3x3 wooden doors, and zombies with pickaxes made short work of the reinforced door. This is only a bug with the large, metal doors (iron and rusted iron)
To Reproduce
Create a box of any size with all the walls made of malisis iron or rusted iron doors. Stand in the middle. Then start an invasion, or just summon mobs with pickaxes equipped via commands. The zombies will never break down the doors. They might mine through the floor, but the AI just ignores the doors completely. If you place caltrops/nails behind the doors, this will cheese any invasion without flying mobs.
Expected behavior
The doors should be broken significantly faster than masonry bricks by the zombies equipped with the appropriate tool (pickaxes).
I'm also not sure if it's intended for these doors to be blast-proof.
