[BUG] Brewing Ale has incorrect recipes/attributes

Describe the bug
When brewing Ale Wort in a kettle, the initial brew is listed as "Young, Hopped", which then turns into "Young" when hops are added. This first brew is the only one that can be fermented in the fermentation barrel, while the second cannot, which it should be the other way around. In addition, when the Ale Wort is fermented with yeast into Ale, its attributes are "Fermented" instead of "Fermented, Hopped". When fermented with other things like redstone, it regains the hopped attribute.
To Reproduce
Brew water and wheat in a kettle to make Ale Wort. This will give "Young, Hopped" Ale Wort. This can be fermented with brewer's yeast in a fermentation barrel into "Fermented" Ale, which can be fermented with redstone to give "Extended, Fermented, Hopped".
Brew water and wheat in a kettle to make Ale Wort. This will give "Young, Hopped" Ale Wort. Brew this Ale Wort with hops in the kettle. This will give "Young" Ale Wort. When placed in a fermentation barrel, this will be unable to be fermented.
Expected behavior
