Describe the bug

Starting server on Ubuntu 20.4 gets stuck. It tries to download Optifine and Sound physics.
Problem is fixed by going into config folder and deleting ModDirector.

To Reproduce

Get an Ubuntu 20.4 machine, and try to start the server.

Expected behavior

I expected the server to start.
