[BUG] The Hordes Multiplayer Grace Period Sync

Describe the bug
When hordes from The Hordes mod occur on servers, their timers sync with all player's playtimes as a whole instead of separately, regardless of Teamsmod.
To Reproduce
- Create a multiplayer server environment.
- Have multiple players play until a horde is triggered.
- Wait until that horde is finished.
- Observe how based off different player playtimes, Hordes will count online player playtime for offline players and trigger as soon as offline players come online after a certain amount of playtime from online players.
Expected behavior
I expect Hordes to respect the difference between server and singleplayer timers for their horde grace periods.
