Describe the bug

Using the Lightning enchantment on throwing weapons causes the thrown projectile to always be destroyed upon impact, whether it's a returning boomerang or a dagger you could've picked up again.

To Reproduce

1. Enchant any throwing weapon with Lightning.
2. Throw it at something to proc the lightning strike.
3. Pain.

Expected behavior

I expect lightning to either be removed or reworked somehow so that players can retrieve their smitten projectiles.
