Describe the bug

The little slime spawning nests on the ground can be mined up with a stone tool, and can be picked up before reaching Refined tools. The tool tip says it needs Refined after you pick it up, however.

Feels like an oversight.

To Reproduce

1: Get a stone shovel (Specifically)
2: Find one of the slime spawning nests on the ground.
3: Mine it up with the shovel. Takes a bit but eventually it will be mined up and the item will be pick-upable.

Expected behavior

That the nest itself breaks and the item doesn't drop if it doesn't match the mining level/or is unable to break it without a Refined Tool.

This is intended behavior. You can pick it up barehanded.
It's the tooltip that's wrongly assigning it a tier for some reason, will look into it.

The tooltip fix did not go through correctly as of version 3.2.1b.
