Describe the bug

Not certain this is a bug but it is not working in a way that makes sense; Right now I am in full Mythril armor, in the beneath (via Slider), but Quazar is nowhere in my guidebook. If I was a new player I would have no idea how to summon it

I learned this because a new player was confused about how to get volatile magic, and when I tried directing them to Quazar in the guidebook he wasn't there

Play game, reach nether stage, no quazar in guidebook

Expected behavior

Play game, reach nether stage, quazar in guidebook (Or some similar game stage to nether)

Again, not sure if this is a bug but if it is intended, it should be changed for the sake of new players
