Describe the bug

Cataclysm can break voided rock with its 3x3 mining despite being at Masterwork mining level and voided rock being Mythical mining level.

To Reproduce

Break a regular block with voided rock next to it, the 3x3 mining of cataclysm will break the voided rock.

Expected behavior

Voided Rock should not break when Cataclysm is used next to it.
