[BUG] Cleaver is uncraftable

Describe the bug
The cleaver, is uncraftable. required for the cooking kit, quality cooking kit and other recipes.
To Reproduce
add the crafting ingredients into the crafting grid of any crafting table, according to JEI the crafting recipe should accept any generic metal but instead none of them work.
Expected behavior
when you add the ingredients in the right shape into the crafting grid you should be able to make a cleaver
