Describe the bug

If you try to use any other bucket in a recipe that requires milk, besides a quality bucket, it doesn't work.

To Reproduce

Use a normal iron bucket with milk of any variety and try to turn it into the craftable milk (put 1 milk in crafting grid) this should turn it into a generic milk thats useable in any milk recipe, but this isnt possible unless you have a quality bucket,

Expected behavior

Any bucket holding milk should count as milk.
