Describe the bug

multiple of the filtered hopper recipes do not work. using a soul sand filter dropping: ardicite does not work, soul bead does not work, soul dust does not work, sand does not work. the only 2 recipes that work are soul sand filter dropping ground netherrack/ground firey netherrack and wicker filter dropping gravel.

To Reproduce

connect filtered hopper to mechanical power (windmill) place soul sand in filter slot and drop ingredients on top; no products are made.

Expected behavior

the recipe in JEI would work
