Describe the bug
When you get the death is not an option set, it gives you the death is non-existent set achievement.
However, it does give you the proper achievement if you are holding the Gem Forged Shield. (If you switch to the Ankh shield, it gives you the "non-existent" achievement.)

To Reproduce

1. Wear Diamond Helmet, Onyx Chest, Viridium Legs, and Mythril Boots, while holding an Ankh Shield.
2. Observe.

Expected behavior
The game to give the proper achievement with the Ankh shield.

Additional context
In the achievement menu, it appears that the Ankh shield is not part of the "Not an Option" set because it showed as 4/5 in the achievement menu, yet it is part of the set (it gives you the set bonus).
