Describe the bug
You can break mythril with explosion or using the gravitite pickaxe ability, without obtaining the achivement

To Reproduce
Use any type of explosion
or
Right click a mythril ore and make it fly to the world limit

Expected behavior
That it triggers the achivement when you COLLECT the ore and not when you break it

• Modpack Version: 2.77.5
• Server or Singleplayer: Singleplayer but should also work on multiplayer
• Version the world was created on: 2.77.5

Additional context
Change the achivement to make it so it triggers the achivement when you COLLECT the ore instead of when you break it.

Adding onto this exploit, Onyx Ore can be obtained early with it as well.

I suggest that the tools with this function are removed and replaced with Contenttweaker items with the same stats, but no levitation ability. Perhaps keep the pick as an endgame meme item?

Could also make the gravitite tools harder to get (like they would need mythril and onyx to craft)
