Describe the bug
You can get the lifesteal enchantment, which should be disabled, and works properly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Kill Undead Swines until you get a Undying Heart, it drops with the lifesteal enchantment
2.Use a disenchantment table to pass the enchantment to a book, it gives you an enchanted book with no enchantment name
3.Use that book in any weapon, the enchantment doesn't show in the weapon enchantments, but it works as it should

Expected behavior
The enchantment should not work

Additional context
A fix could be removing the drop with InControl and adding it again but without the enchantment
