Opening the true enchanting window allows you to fully unequip items that are affected by the Curse of Binding

Expected behavior
Only able to move item into enchanting table, not into inventory.

Since the True Enchantment table is still being used, here's a reminder to take a look into the system.

Kinda makes sense as it's supposed to allow removing curses, but only during certain times. No matter, removing true enchanter in next update and replacing the system from what I understand. If we continue to use this mod in the future for whatever reason, we'll take a look.

"next update" being 3.1
