[BUG] Liquid expansion dupe with Fluid Pipes

Describe the bug
When Milk (any fluid) source block is placed next to Fluid Pipes which are moving water the source block occasionally spreads. Seems to also work with flowing liquids and not just source block.

To Reproduce
Place Fluid Extractor pipes so they are pumping water from a renewable source (river in my testing). Pour a milk bucket anywhere that the flow will touch the pipe... enough spilt milk to cry about.

Expected behavior
Fluid not spreading.

I think the best indirect solution to this would be replacing Cyclic's pipes with a more stable and simple mod.
I can think of two options, retexture Simple wooden pipes or using the ones available in Immersive engineering once it gets added
