Describe the bug
When using stained quartz glass on top of a beacon to change its color, the beam does not change colors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build a beacon.
2. Activate the beacon.
3. Place a stained quartz glass block of your choice on top of the beacon.

Expected behavior

I expect the stained quartz glass to change the color of the beacon, similar to vanilla stained glass.
