Describe the bug

You can only manually right click water into a kettle if it is completely empty. If there's even 1mb of water in the kettle you have to break it and replace it before you can put a new bucket of water in it.

To Reproduce

Cook something in the kettle that doesn't completely deplete the water and then try to fill it.
In my case it happens when I'm making jelly and I can make 3 jelly before there is only 1mb of water left and then I have to break and replace it in order to put more water in it.

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to refill the kettle even if it wasn't completely empty as you can refill most things even if they're still partially full.

We know this, that's why we added a pipette to get rid of that last 1mb. Wont fix
