Turning the Render Regions option ON "wastes disk space at an alarming rate" via log output of:

To Reproduce

1. Turn Render Regions ON in Optifine Video Settings.
2. Check the console.

Expected behavior

I expect my logs to not be spammed with OpenGL errors.
