[BUG] Carry On will not pick up whitelisted mobs

Describe the bug
Trying to pick up any mob, Either adult or baby that are whitelisted to Carry On's settings will not work. This however doesn't effect blocks such as Chests and Radiant Chests. Mod Settings are set as defaulted by the modpack.
To Reproduce
Step 1: Go into a world and find any mob that is whitelisted.
Step 2: Attempt to walk into mob multiple times while trying to carry it using any key config.
Step 3: Realize you can't carry the mob and accept defeat.
Expected behavior
Trying to pick up any mob, Baby/Adult, Whitelisted or not, Will not work. No matter if you're basically standing on the mob or not trying to pick the thing up.

Maybe a mod conflict of some sort? I honestly have no clue on this one
I can confirm that this bug only occurs in v.3.1.0 as I've played v.3.0.1a extensively with no issues using CarryOn.
I believe it was working just fine prior to 3.1.0, Though it has been a while since I played older versions so I may not be entirely sure about it.
The issue seems to lie with Immersive Combat being incompatible with Carry On.
