[BUG] Cannot interact with mobs in Vivecraft

Describe the bug
When playing rotn, I cannot punch or interact with mobs via melee. Only Projectile weapons such as bows and boomerangs work.
To Reproduce
Disable Blur, Entity Culling, Foamfix, mod-director-launchwrapper. rebind, renderlib, and trident. Install vivecraft. Try to hit mobs or interact with them in any way.
Expected behavior
Mobs are damaged, villagers trade, horses are mounted.

Could be caused by https://github.com/SanAndreaP/BetterCombatRebirth. as there have been other instances of not being able to attack. See SanAndreaP/BetterCombatRebirth#14. I cannot disable it because that causes the game to crash.
