Describe the bug

When fighting an elder frostmaw my fps dropped from 100+ to 2/5 fps, sometimes dropping even below 1 fps. I noticed that it happens mostly (but not exclusively) when it does its frost attacks and when it punches. I tried lowering the graphics, lowering the rendering distance to 5 and disabling all animations/setting particles to minimal. Once killed the fps went back to normal.

Expected behavior

I expect the game to be playable without massive fps drops.
