[BUG] No crafting Recipe for Wrought Iron Bars

While clicking R on Wrought Iron Bars with JEI mod, even with Wrought Iron Ingots it is not possible to do the Bars, it makes regular one.

I can't seem to replicate this on v.3.1.1a. The recipe shows up properly as well when pressing R over Wrought Iron Bars in HEI.
