Crash on start up: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Every time I try to start the game, it gets to 84% and then I get a JavaRunTimeException: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. No idea what this is caused by, I have never had this happen with any other pack from twitch.
Relevant Info:

  • Java Version 8 Update 211
  • Rebirth 1.3.2
  • Windows Pro Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
    Log: hs_err_pid1724.log

After reverting my version to 1.3.1, the crash did not happen
