Remove Practical Logistics 2 as the mod is dead and not contributing enough to the pack.

Practical Logistics 2 is a dead mod that doesn't work. It doesn't do what it is meant to and doesn't update the redstone nodes. So, it's just dead weight to the pack. To replace it I recommend this: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/wireless-redstone-cbe
