Consider disabling or gating Mekanism Mechanical Miner to encourage use of Simple Quarry or remove SQ.

Also, if you want to encourage quarry use instead of Mekanism's OP Mechanical Miner, I'd disable the Mechanical miner in Mekanism config. Otherwise, it is far superior to Quarries, so the Simple Quarry mod is irrelevant bloat.
