Steeleaf tool parts not craftable

Bug Report

Cannot craft Tinkers' Construct toolparts from Twilight Forest's steeleaf using the Tinkers' Construct smeltery.
The recipes also are missing from NEI.

Expected Behaviour

A steeleaf tool part is created from molten steeleaf.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Advance to age 2
  2. Insert steeleaf into Tinkers' Construct smeltery
  3. Attempt to pour into a tool part cast

OR

  1. Advance to age 2
  2. Go to NEI
  3. Attempt to look up the recipe of any Tinkers' Construct steeleaf toolpart.

Turns out that to build Steeleaf tool parts, you do not need to smelt Steeleaf down to molten Steeleaf. You can use the part builder.
