my game is running at 1 fps

i started playing on a sevtech server every thing was OK the game ran good
but yesterday the game just started to run at 1 fps in multiplayer and in single player and i dont know what to do i reinstalled the mod pack and even the hole twitch launcher my friend said maybe you need to assassin more ram and i did 8 GB and it still ran at 1 fps every think in the game was on low settings my sync was off.
my specs are:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics
RAM 16 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit
