RF Tools builder does not correctly mine ores on Kepler 22B

Bug Report
The RF Tools builder only produces dirt, flint, and cobblestone for any ores on Kepler 22B despite the tooltip stating it "only works in space".
Expected Behaviour
The builder should quarry the ore like it does on all other planets.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Attempt to run the RF Tools builder as a quarry on Kepler 22B.

Other information
I understand that it's not actually relevant what "world" the builder is run on and it's the game-stages issue of the builder not having any stages unlocked but the tooltip is misleading and really it should work once you've gotten all the way to Kepler 22B.
Ah, I did check the changelog and search for closed/known issues but didn't see it due to it being under a name I didn't expect. I found it now.
