Totemic Ceremonies not starting

Bug Report
Playing on a server, but also tested in single player, does the same thing
When i shift right click the proper instruments to start a ceremony, nothing happens
Expected Behaviour
When i try to start ceremonies, i want the ceremony to start and the progress bar to appear
Possible Solution
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
1.shift right click the proper instruments (in order) for a ceremony(ie drum and wind chime for bufallo)
2.nothing happens
