really bad lag and strange animation glitch

Bug Report

the games really laggy i have a high end pc, and its only using like 42% of the memory alicated to minecraft im on 0-1fps, the chunks are loading in really slow, just looked at the invatory and everthing is broken my persons arms are flying about and getting bigger and smaller...

  • Optifine Installed: nope will not load minecraft if i add to mods
