Filtered Hopper Does Not Work As Intended With Wicker Filter

Seeds can enter a filtered hopper without any filters. However, once a wicker filter is installed, no entities will enter the filtered hopper, even seeds (one of the whitelisted entities for this filter)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Place Filtered Hopper
  2. Power with Watermill
  3. Install Wicker
  4. Throw Seed or Feed Seed Using Vanilla Hopper
  5. Watch with Watering Eyes As You Realise Your Build Is Completely Ruined
