Glitching sky/arms/movement

Bug Report
Sky flashing randomly, movement controls are random, speed is always sprinting, arm flails about when trying to mine, unable to mine easily, and if view bobbing is on the screen goes crazy. Originally, I was experiencing massive lag problems-I was getting 0 FPS constantly after awhile of playing the world with alright FPS. I tried a bunch of things to fix it. Optifine showed that Terrain Animation was causing it, but disabling Terrain Animation caused this bug to happen. Disabling the mod FoamFix and uninstalling Optifine continued to cause the bug. Creating a new profile continued to cause 0 FPS problems-probably my computer struggling to handle the modpack caused the 0 FPS, but it was able to handle it just fine for awhile. I disabled mobends after reading this: #2701, it did not help. I recorded the bug in case anyone wants to view it.
Expected Behaviour
I should be able to move normally, the sky should be normal, my arms should be normal, and FPS should be at a level that is only midly annoying rather than impossible to play.
Possible Solution
I have no clue, as the 0 FPS happened after playing for a bit, I just started the world up and it was not working properly. FoamFix may have caused this FPS drop, but disabling it causes the bug report above. If someone with a working modpack could try disabling FoamFix to see what happens, that could maybe help.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Start a world
- Play it normally for a bit
- Begin having 0 FPS while trying to play it
- Disable FoamFix/use Optifine to disable Terrain Animation
