[3.0.8] Enhanced shears give wool from sheep instead of fleece.

Bug Report
Enhanced shears (age 5) gives wool blocks instead of fleece items. This topic is technically duplicated since #2810 was closed due to being "stale". Either it should be considered a bug to be fixed (disable Enhanced Shear recipe if needed) or an official statement of it being legit or a design decision (aka is it cheating to use?).
Expected Behaviour
Sheep give fleece instead of wool.
Possible Solution
Have it drop fleece, or disable the recipe to craft.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Get to age 5.
- Craft Enhanced Shears.
- Throw shears at sheep with wool.
Logs
No crash so no log.
