Tiered Tooltips is more of a vanity mod. Allows for item tooltips to be coloured based on the stage they are restricted to rather than having all tooltips be the same colour.

Context

Would be a cool addition to the pack and to give players a better idea of which items are in which stages based on their tooltips. Its configured with ZenScript, and the colour codes are in RGBA for nicer tooltips.
