Abyssalcraft rituals not showing in JEI

Bug Report
This is a fresh install of version 3.0.8.
Abyssalcraft Ritual recipes are not showing up in JEI. This is making progress impossible as there seem to be custom recipes I have no way of knowing about. I found this issue by trying to craft Astral Sorcery Constellation Paper and doing some google searching and found a video of someone making it. The recipe clearly showed in their JEI, but it doesn't show in mine. If there are other custom recipes I have no way of knowing. I was watching a YouTuber when I started the pack so I saw them craft the Beneath Teleporter, so I didn't really notice it was missing from JEI, but thinking back on it, I just checked and it doesn't show either.
Expected Behaviour
I would expect custom recipes to show up somewhere. JEI seems like a good place as there isn't much room for explaining this stuff on the advancements page.
Possible Solution
Not a clue.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
2 hours of google and reddit searching seems to indicate I am the only person who has ever seen this problem so I have no idea how to make it happen. Though others could have bumped into this problem and just quietly quit the pack because they couldn't progress.
