So I got a new ssd since my old one was running low on storage and reinstalled windows to that drive. instead of cloning the old drive I just decided to re download stuff as I need it. When I decided to get back into this modpack after a couple of months I downloaded it (multiMC didn't work so I used twitch) and gave it 10 GB of RAM to work with since I don't remember what I gave it before.
The rest of my relevant specs are that I have 16 GB total in my system, an i5-6600k at 4.6 GHz, and an RX 480. In the past it ran fine besides maybe 30 seconds to load into a world, and this hardware certainly should be enough to back that up.
Was there a huge change or anything added between november 2018 and February 2019 that may have caused this? Or is there something I should be doing besides just installing it and dedicating massive amounts of ram?
