Quark Trash Can Does Not Work

The Quark Trash can does not work because NEI is over top. When NEI is disabled it works.

Solution, move the trash can to the other side of the inventory (left). I tried but it seemingly doesn't work.. for whatever reason.

Update: Check without RP to confirm icon is not visually higher than it's supposed to be.
