Bug Report

BWM Hemp is staged to stage zero while its seeds (which drop from the same block) are staged to stage one.

Expected Behaviour

Both should be staged to stage zero since they can easily be found growing in the wild.

Possible Solution

Stage the Hemp Seeds to stage zero.
