Bug Report

When trying to craft painted wooden planks, there is no physical way to craft, there seems to be a no recipe as it were.
Maybe check to see if the recipe is working or add a new recipe

Expected Behaviour

When placing the 8 pieces of wood surrounding the dye, in the craft section, nothing appears.

Possible Solution

Maybe make a new recipe for the painted wood planks

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Advance to the first age
2. Open a crafting table gui
3. Place coloured dye in center of crafting gui
4. Place any 8 wood planks surrounding dye
5. Bring up JEI menu
6. Search for "painted wood planks"
7. Hover mouse over to check "missing" recipe

Due to this being an ingame recipe issue, that has happened in a server and also in a singleplayer game there is no real need for longs, but if I am wrong, let me know and I'll upload the logs and everything else missing.
