TogetherForever - none of the commands do anything

Bug Report
So, when using /tf commands they dont do anything! I'll enter the exact commands that show up when typing /tf help (which by the way DOES work) yet when entered it only brings up:
"Usage: /tf insert specific command here, whichever one i tried using - does, X-thing. Only team owners can do it."
Then nothing will happen. All advancements work fine for me, and for my friend they do as well. But even though we are in a spacerace team together, /tf forcesync does nothing. (it gives the result shown above)
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
uh, no idea. I made a SevTech server following the "read.txt". Everything else seems to work fine on the server. its only the /tf stuff that does not work.
We are connected trough the twitch install of sevtech (1.12.2)
