Weird Visual and control glitches after reseting through BetterFps

Bug Report
Weird Visual artifacts, such as flickering sun light stretching into infinity and tools not moving correctly while using it, and weird, invrted way of moving
Update 1: Bug affects the whole instance , not just one save
It also involves movement in very specific direction,, regardless of where the player front is pointing
Update 2: Reinstalling the modpack fixed the issue
Update 3: Bug appeared again after some time
Expected Behaviour
Instead of minecraft working properly with normal way of miving and no weird visual artifacts, well, it doesn't
